YOUR IN PERSON COACHING

SCHEDULE AND BREAKDOWN:

SUNDAY

We will have a 5 hour coaching session to get aquatinted and then start breaking through the walls of your ideal work/life balance. The first hour we will meet at a cute, local, cafe and just chat it up! With the remaining 4 hours we'll get clear on your lifestyle vision, create a vision board, meet with your Dietitian, and nail down your full proof routine.

+ Your session with the Dietitian will allow you to ask any nutrition questions you have ever had and adjust any eating habits you feel aren't working for you right now.

+ Getting clear on your vision will allow us to set the proper goals to start living out your perfect work/life balance.

+ And having a full proof routine will assure that you are able to complete those goals with more ease.

MONDAY

Get a wake-up call from a soothing voice and someone who will get you motivated to jump out of bed, ME! lol. Then imagine me showing up at your door greeting you with a coffee in hand of course, to get our morning session session started. During this session we will work on getting into a positive mindset before starting your commute and going into work. You will have a check in coaching call at lunch and then we will end the day together with an evening coaching session.

+ You will meet your Meditation Instructor and have a 1/2 hour meditation session and daily practice review.

+ We will make and eat a breakfast together and start going into our first coaching strategy of Positive Affirmations.

+ Before the end of this morning coaching session we will set your intentions and the goals you would like to accomplish for the day. 

+ In the evening session you will meet your Personal Trainer and have a 1/2 hour workout and evaluation.

+ We will set your 3 month goals and talk about self-love & self-care.

TUESDAY

We will repeat the same process as Monday, every day over the next 3 days. I will be with you every step of the way. We will talk about all the good and the bad, while you learn new skills that will help your cultivate more happiness and have a higher work/life balance. See below for your Tuesday agenda:

+ Morning session will consist of breakfast, your daily meditation, positive affirmations and a new skill building activity.

+ Work/Life Checks & Balances

+ Afternoon check in call & coaching session

+ Evening session will be all about your Personality Strengths. We will find the positive traits you're using on a regular basis and which one could use a little bit more attention.

+ Wednesday goal setting

WEDNESDAY

+ Morning session will consist of breakfast, your daily meditation, positive affirmations and a new skill building activity.

+ What are Your Wins?

+ Afternoon check in call & coaching session

+ Evening session will be about "Letting that Sh*t Go". This is a forgiveness session and letting go of any negative energy that is holding you back from living as your happiest self.

+ Thursday goal setting

THURSDAY

+ Morning session will consist of breakfast, your daily meditation, positive affirmations and a new skill building activity.

+ Take a Mini Vacay!

+ Afternoon check in call & coaching session

+ For our last evening together, I am taking you OUT! We are going get dressed up, enjoy a beautiful dinner and see where the night takes us.

Your coaching journey doesn't end after this 5 day, in person, training. We will continue to work with one another over the next 2 months. We will have 3 more coaching session through True You's virtual wellness center. During these coaching session we will be able to continue working towards your goals and get through any road blocks that come up along the way. You will be provided with a workbook as well, to help you learn and practice new skills.
