After 10+ years of researchers and scholars studying well-being and what makes up "the good life" what they've found is that; happiness is NOT just made up of fleeting pleasures such as a material purchase or eating something delicious but rather, it's being defined and understood as much more. Our happiness is being found within our potential which is made up of positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, having meaning, and your accomplishments.

That's why the Busy to Balanced Group Coaching Program was created.
